Laura Hanley, MSW, LICSW

Laura Hanley, MSW, LICSW is a dynamic speaker corporate educator specializing in the intersection of trauma and workplace support.

Trauma, as Laura states, “is anything too much, too fast, too soon, from which we felt like we had no escape.” Laura has seen firsthand how this definition swiftly reorganizes perspectives and

jumpstarts the healing process, both individually and systemically.

Laura has worked in the mental health field for over ten years and has been a speaker for the National Association of Social Workers, the National Sibling Leadership Conference, and Nerd Nites. She has been a valued provider at the VA, the Mayo Clinic, and in private practice. Laura obtained her MSW from the University of St. Thomas.
